Serving Through Education, Gurmat and Sewa
Raj Jog The Compassion is a religious and social service organization established with the aim of propagating the spiritual and moral values of Gurmat and serving humanity through education, cultural preservation and sewa.
The organization carries out its work through the grace of Akal Purakh, the blessings of Guru Sahib, and the support and cooperation of Guru di Sangat.
Since its establishment in 2010, Raj Jog has worked towards creating opportunities for learning, spiritual development, community service and the preservation of Sikh heritage.
Our Areas of Service
Our work focuses on four important areas:
Education
Providing free educational opportunities and academic support to students.
Gurmat Sangeet
Preserving and sharing the tradition of Gurmat Sangeet through free musical education.
Sewa & Community Service
Serving the community and contributing towards religious, environmental and social causes.
Gyan Anjan
Free Academic Education
Gyan Anjan was established as an educational initiative with a focus on providing free academic support to girls.
Students of Class 10 were provided tuition in Mathematics and Science, while students of +1 and +2 received academic support in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
We organized English classes to help students develop their ability to speak and understand the language.
Subject-specialist teachers supported the program to help students strengthen their academic foundation and pursue further education with confidence.

Ustat Gurmat Sangeet Academy
Preserving a Living Tradition
ਉਸਤਤਿ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ
Gurmat Sangeet is an important part of Sikh musical heritage. Through the Ustat Gurmat Sangeet Academy, Raj Jog seeks to preserve this tradition and make its learning accessible to all.
Free training is provided in Gurmat Sangeet and Raag-based Kirtan, under the guidance of experienced teachers and Ustaads.
Students are also given opportunities to learn traditional instruments including:
- Harmonium
- Tabla
- Tanti Saaz
The academy welcomes boys and girls and encourages students of different ages to connect with Gurbani, music and Sikh musical traditions.
The aim is not only to teach music, but also to help carry this precious tradition forward to future generations.

Karkunni
Skills for Self-Reliance
Karkunni is the professional-skills initiative of Raj Jog.
Under this unit, skill-based vocational training, including cutting and stitching, has been provided to girls free of cost.
The purpose of such training is to give students practical skills that can support their personal development and future opportunities.

Raj Jog Academy (Upcoming)
A Vision for Free, Value-Based Education
Education remains one of the central parts of Raj Jog’s long-term vision.
Raj Jog Academy is envisioned as a free educational institution following the ICSE pattern, providing education from Pre-Nursery to +2.
The proposed model is designed to make quality education accessible without placing the financial burden of education on families.
The planned facilities include:
- No admission fee
- No monthly tuition fee or funds
- Free books and uniforms
- Smart classrooms
- Free transportation
- Free residential/hostel facilities
- Free meals through Langar
Along with academic education, special attention will be given to Gurmat, moral values, social responsibility and Gurmat Jeevan Jach, helping students grow not only academically but also in character and values.
The academy represents Raj Jog’s continuing vision of combining modern education with spiritual and moral development.

Nagar Kirtan & Sikh Heritage
Raj Jog has also undertaken initiatives connected with Sikh religious and cultural traditions.
A specially prepared bus with a Palki Sahib for the Saroop of Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was arranged for Nagar Kirtans with the cooperation of the Sangat.
On the occasion associated with the 450th birth anniversary of Sahib Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, the organization organized a Samarpan March and Nagar Kirtan covering the Five Takht Sahibans.
The journey lasted approximately one month, providing an opportunity for Sangat to connect with and pay obeisance at the historic Takht Sahibans.
These initiatives reflect Raj Jog’s efforts to encourage participation in Sikh heritage and religious traditions.

Kaar Sewa
Serving the Environment
Sewa also extends to caring for the environment and the spaces around us.
In previous years, Raj Jog undertook Kaar Sewa for the cleaning of Nala Kasoor (Rohi) in Tarn Taran on a large scale.
The initiative brought together community participation and voluntary service with the aim of improving the cleanliness of the surrounding environment.
For Raj Jog, such sewa reflects the principle that caring for our surroundings and serving the community are also forms of responsibility towards humanity.

Our Vision for Young People
We believe that every young person should have the opportunity to learn, develop skills and work towards their aspirations.
Our vision therefore includes providing young people with access to:
Academic Education → Competitive Exam Preparation → Professional Skills → Gurmat & Values
Through these opportunities, Raj Jog aims to create an environment where education is not limited to academic achievement, but also contributes to character, confidence, responsibility and service.
A Journey Made Possible Through Sangat
The work of Raj Jog The Compassion is rooted in the belief that meaningful service is a collective effort.
The organization’s educational, religious and social initiatives are carried forward through the grace of Guru Sahib and the support of Guru Ki Sangat.
Every contribution of time, knowledge, skill, resources or sewa can become part of a larger effort towards serving humanity.
Together in Sewa
We humbly invite the Sangat to support these pavittar karajs and help these initiatives move forward.
With the grace of Guru Sahib and the cooperation of Sangat, we hope to continue expanding opportunities for education, Gurmat Sangeet, skill development and community service.
With Guru Sahib’s grace, may these efforts continue to serve humanity.
